Description

Ryanair are currently recruiting for a Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager to join Europe’s largest airline group. 
This is an excellent time to join Ryanair as we look to grow to over 800 aircraft and 300m guests per year within the next 10 years. 
The ideal candidate should be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent), with a minimum of 2 years relevant PQE.

Please find a detailed list of responsibilities;

  • Assisting with the annual budgeting process;
  • Supporting the Head of FP&A with weekly internal management reporting including preparation of forecast P&L and cashflow for the Ryanair Group;
  • Identifying and investigating variances to forecast and budget, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement;
  • Supporting the Airport Invoice Authorisers team with interpretation of airport contracts, cost and revenue calculations and overseeing resolution of issues/cost disputes with suppliers;
  • Business Partnering with various departments across the Group including Commercial and Operations;
  • Assisting with long term financial planning (Cash, P&L, Balance Sheet) for the Group;
  • Ad-hoc duties & projects.
     

Requirements

  • Excellent analytical skills are essential. 
  • Commercially Focussed with the ability to demonstrate a high degree of initiative
  • Strong interpersonal and excellent communications skills. 
  • FP&A or business partnering experience is preferable.
  • Ability to plan and prioritise tasks and work to tight deadlines. 
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and Word are essential.
  • Experience with SAP accounting system and Airpas are desirable.
