Ryanair is currently recruiting for an Operations Control Analyst.
Working as part of a team, within our Operations Control Centre in our Head Office in Dublin, the Operations Control Analyst will be responsible for investigating disruptions to the Ryanair operation and producing well-structured court-compliant reports and statements on the causes of delay and cancelation. The successful candidate must have a strong personality and be able to confidently provide oral evidence as an expert witness in a court of law across various jurisdictions. They will work closely with Regulators, Customer Standards and instructing lawyers.
Your duties will include:
Awareness of the causes and mitigation measures of all disruptions to the Ryanair operation including denied boarding, cancelations, diversions and delays
Produce well-structured court-compliant reports and statements
Respond to all legal queries relating to flight disruptions
Identify and improv OCC efficiencies to reduce exposure to E261 claims
Attend court in defence of claims across our route network
Other duties as assigned
