Engineering Operations Manager
Aircraft Engineering Services (AES Ltd) are inviting applications for an Engineering Operations Manager to be based at Stansted Airport (STN), working in cooperation with our client Ryanair, Europe’s largest airline.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Reporting directly to the UK General Manager as part of the UK Management Team, the successful candidate will be responsible for the leadership and management of Ryanair’s 11 UK Engineering Outstations and a team of 150+ Engineers and Supervisors. Daily duties will include, but not be limited to:
Qualifications and Experience:
We are looking for a motivated self-starter with managerial experience who is ready, willing and able to manage technical teams in a diverse and fast-changing environment. The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate:
