Ryanair are currently recruiting for a Distribution Partnerships and Ancillary Marketing Manager to join the Distribution and Marketing Team of Europe’s Largest Airline Group. 

This is an exciting time to join Ryanair as we look to grow to over 800 aircraft and 300m guests per year within the next 10 years. 

We are looking a dynamic candidate to join our team, where you’ll be instrumental in expanding our network of flight distribution capabilities and enhancing our ancillary offerings to customers through strategic partnerships.

In this role, you’ll manage existing relationships, develop new partnerships, and oversee the integration and execution of partnership strategies and plans. The area focuses on 4 key operations, Global Distribution Systems Partnerships, Online Travel Agent Partnerships and Expanding our Corporate Travel offering and driving Ancillary Sales Performance. Your role includes establishing a competitive product offering across all areas leading to strong revenue and growth performance. 

In this role you and the team will work closely with the Marketing, Product, Legal, and Development teams to ensure the partnership strategies are implemented and executed upon with weekly, monthly, and quarterly cadence. Your efforts will directly contribute to the growth of the business as we scale to 300m guests per year. 

Responsibilities 

  • Managing and enhance relationships with existing distribution partners.
  • Developing strategies for partnership growth and integration. 
  • Develop Marketing and Comms plans to inform the Ryanair Customer base of authorised partnerships. 
  • Identify and negotiate deals with new and existing partners.
  • Overseeing partnership performance and ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, legal and development teams to develop and implement partnership strategies.
  • Develop a scalable model for formalizing partnerships.
  • Take ownership of partnership reporting and performance.
  • Provide all aspects of line management support, development and coaching to the team’s execs. 

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree or higher in business or similar field.
  • 7-10 experience in Sales, Business Development, or similar role.
  • Experience in developing and executing sales and business management strategies. 
  • Strong leadership skills and traits.
  • Experience in Sales, Business Development, or similar role.
  • Familiarity with the aviation industry is an advantage but not required. 
  • Strong hands-on stakeholder management. 
  • Experience in Sales, Business Development, or similar role.
  • Ability to report to senior stakeholders in a concise and details manner will be essential.
