AZUL HANDLING, in co-operation with our partner airline RYANAIR, is currently looking for a CREW CONTROLLER in our OCC Department in our Head Office team in Seville, Spain.

ROLE

Based in our Head Office in Seville, the successful candidate will work in our Operations Control Center. This is an excellent opportunity to join Europe’s leading airline and to gain experience in a busy working environment. This role involves shift work. Reporting to the OCC Lead Agent, your duties will include (but not limited to):

  • Tracking crew flight duties
  • Ensuring crew are within flight time legal limits
  • Accurate recording of crew absenteeism & punctuality
  • Developing and implementing solutions to day to day crewing problems
  • Assisting with the development of efficient, cost effective solutions to operational disruptions
  • Any other duties as requested by Operations Control management

Requirements

  • Fluent Spanish and English required
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role (crew control, crew planning, rostering…) or cabin crew member (minimum 1 year)
  • Be knowledgeable and put into practice the Cultural Identity of the company, The Azul Way!
  • Ability to work and communicate effectively under pressure
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Good interpersonal skills and strong outgoing personality
  • High degree of flexibility
  • Proven ability to work under pressure
  • Good telephone manner
  • Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel)
  • Available to live in Seville
