Wroclaw Aircraft Maintenance Services is providing base maintenance of Boeing 737-800 aircraft for Ryanair, Europe biggest airline.Our highly trained and dedicated engineers are the driving force behind our industry leading safety record. Across out network, our skilled engineers conduct extensive checks on individual aircraft system, structures and components to ensure that all our aircraft continue to operate with the utmost efficiency and take our customers to their destinations on time.

We are currently recruiting for a Sheet Metal Workshop Supervisor (Critical Path Supervisor) to join a team of highly skilled staff, with an essential part to play in safely maintaining a fleet of over 450 aircraft for one of the world’s largest and most successful airlines.

As a Critical Sheet Metal Workshop Supervisor (Critical Path Supervisor), you will be responsible for all aspects of the Critical Path Team. This role will require exceptional time management and organisational skills. You will be overseeing a large team working on multiple tasks spread over several A/C.

As Sheet Metal Workshop Supervisor (Critical Path Supervisor), you will also be expected to promote and facilitate the Trainee Sheet Metal Work program as well as Identify and implement improvements that can be made to the Critical Path processes to improve efficiency and ensure its continued success.

Duties will include, but not limited to:

    • Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Critical Path Team.
    • Maintain a high-quality standard of work for the staff under their supervision
    • Ensuring that all tasks are carried out in accordance with the requirements of the Regulatory Authorities, the company MOE, Procedures and individual personal skill levels.
    • Ensure the appropriate documentation related to the Critical path repairs are completed accurately and in an efficient time frame.
    • Completion of allocated tasks within pre-determined targets.
    • Ensure company regulations, discipline and working practices are adhered to by the manpower under their supervision.
    • Responsible for effective utilisation and improved efficiency of staff under your supervision.
    • Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
    • Ensure the company Health and Safety policy is adhered to.
    • Promote/ facilitate the Sheet Metal Work training program.
    • Carry out any other tasks as reasonably required by the Hangar Manager / Supervisor.


Experience and Qualifications:

  • Applicants must have an EASA B1 license, with a Boeing 737 – 800 type rating.
  • Excellent spoken and written English is essential.
  • Extensive sheet metal repair experience is essential.
  • Flexible approach to working in a fast-changing environment.
