JC Aircraft Maintenance is currently recruiting a B1 Licensed Engineer person to join our highly skilled team in Porto, Portugal.
At the facility in Porto (Portugal) we are responsible for conducting extensive line maintenance checks on Ryanair’s fleet of Boeing 737-800 aircraft. We have an exciting opportunity for B1 Aircraft Engineers to join our dedicated team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Responsible for carrying out maintenance tasks as required and allocated with minimal supervision
Maintain a high standard of work in all tasks
Complete the appropriate documentation
Comply with all company procedures, policies, regulations and MOE
Maintain a safe and clean working environment
Ensure the company Health and Safety policy is adhered to
Supervise Mechanics within a team
Any other duties as assigned by management/supervisor
Previous maintenance experience on B737-800 is highly desirable
Experienced in all zones on the aircraft
Willing to work shifts (including nights)
Requirements
Must be an EASA Part 66 qualified B1 License holder with 737NG Type Course endorsed.
2 – 3 years certifying experience, preferably line maintenance based
A valid EU/EEA passport with the unrestricted right to live and work in the European Union.
Excellent spoken and written English is essential
Previous experience supervising/managing a team
Proven organizational skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Flexible approach to working in a fast changing environment
