Your mission with us

As an Agile Master, Scrum Master or Kanban Coach, you will work closely with Product Owner and/or Program Manager on Release Plan, as well as with the team, to create a collective responsibility and accountability for the development and delivery of the product. You will play a key role in defining and shaping projects and approaches to delivery. This is an exciting opportunity for highly motivated individuals to work in a fast-paced customer-focused e-commerce environment. Our Dublin tech hub is dedicated to hiring top talent inside and outside Ireland with different backgrounds creating eclectic and inclusive teams that want to have a game-changing impact on a business that carries more than 168m passengers per year on over 2,500 routes.


  • Coach and work with Product Owners to develop and prioritise the product backlog.
  • Coach and work closely with development teams to ensure requirements are understood and delivered sustainably in a fast-paced business environment.
  • Coach team in agile best practices. Drive and constantly improve teams’ dynamics with a strong focus on their productivity and performance, guided using agile metrics to drive and strengthen the delivery process.


  • At least 4 years of practical experience as a scrum master working with multiple teams is required.
  • Certificates: PSM I | PSM II | CSM | A-CSM | KMP I | KMP II
  • Knowledge and experience working with Scrum and Kanban.
  • Experience working in an environment with fast-changing priorities.
  • Experience with working with culturally diverse and dispersed teams.
  • Excellent leadership skills.
  • An open mindset focused on growth and personal drive.
  • Great communication skills, problem-solving, facilitation and influencing skills.
  • Excellent teaching skills, ability to tailor sessions based on teams’ needs, examples of sessions created in the past.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Examples of working with or implementing Scaling Agile methodologies and frameworks
  • Experience in working with large cross-team projects.

  • Fluent English is a must-have.
